My mission is to empower all humans to live well and optimize their lives through time in nature, nourishing food, moving their bodies, and cultivating a positive mindset.

My vision is a world of humans who are more content, less stressed, less anxious, more connected with the natural world, and who nourish their bodies with whole foods.

I value kindness, empathy, hard work, health, and time outside.


What do I believe?

I believe in the power of nature, nutrition, movement, and mindset to live your optimal life and be the best version of you that you can offer to the world.

I believe that spending time outdoors and in nature can help us slow down to appreciate all our lives and the world has to offer us.

I believe that nourishing our bodies with nutritious, whole foods can help us perform our best in life and in sport; and help us prevent and manage chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and Alzheimer’s to live long, healthy, meaningful, fulfilled lives.

I believe that moving our bodies with love and in ways that are fun (most of the time!) will help us perform our best in life and in sport and prevent and manage chronic diseases to live long, healthy, meaningful, fulfilled lives.

I believe that cultivating a positive mindset, living consciously and intentionally with care, compassion, empathy, and grace, will help us achieve our goals in life, work, love, health, and performance.

What do I value?

Health – I love eating delicious, nutritious foods, moving my body through running, hiking, FlexCity Fitness, and minimizing stress through positive mindset work and spending time outdoors.

Happiness – I strive to live a life in alignment with my values and my purpose in order to maximize happiness. For me this means doing work that I love, work that fills me up, spending time in nature, reducing stress through mindset work and physical activity, and fueling my body, mind, and spirit with nutritious, delicious foods.

Hiking – And camping, and backpacking, and walking, and kayaking – I LOVE the outdoors! Whether it’s a stroll around my neighborhood, a walk on a nature trail in my own city, or big nature overnight backpacking in a national park, I believe that time outdoors makes us better humans and  should be a priority for living well.

Helping – I want to help others achieve their goals for health and wellness, performance and becoming the best version of themselves. Whether through coaching (how can we work together?!?) or through facilitating groups or workshops I want to work with you to help you live well.
