These potatoes are in permanent rotation in the Bradow household. We often times just use sweet potatoes since we always have those on hand. But the combo of sweet and white potatoes is super tasty! This big batch is great for veggie grain bowls later in the week as a meal prep option or great for a family weekend breakfast.
Note: The Montreal Steak Seasoning in this recipe is absolutely what makes these potatoes so delicious. So while you can replace this seasoning with other spices or your choice, know that they won’t be the same!
